How much has kitchen aid stand mixer helped you in cooking and baking ?
I have well-grounded received a Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer from a friend as a gift and it is gorgeous. I would like to identify what are some creative ways to make this machine useful at my put up. (Assumming no attachment is involved, just the three beaters:
I do chunk decorating and make a lot of icings. You really cannot whip buttercream up headlight enough for decorating without a stand mixer.

The flow is far more natural than the inept way I have to convoke a equal-angled mixer. I can maneuver it with frank rotations of my wrist, with no screen, my hands nowhere close-by the blades. I can mix upright in the container -- if I yearn for my ingredients pureed, I can minuscule it into the can, blend, and dogs.
