Is the Kitchenaid 600 pro durable enough to make bread dough? Does anyone know how it might compare to Hobart?
I have a way for bread, but it's for 12 loaves. I used to have an older Hobart 20 qt mixer and can't yield to replace it with another Hobart. Was wondering if the Kitchenaid 600 would work as well. Also, can a prescription be halved and still achieve
We have a 600 Pro. Works OK for dough. The other guy is right. Kitchen Aide is a Hobart. Just scaled down for domestic use.
