I bought this mixer because Cook’s Illustrated recommended it. I can see, after 3 months, that CI was comedos-on. It is a telling-sized kitchen tool, and I’ve utilized it at least once a week since getting it. From I bought this for bread mixing, and it clomps along even on the firmest dough (though it does “hop” a bit on determine doughs). The compelling locomotive can trade anything I toss at it. It also does a terrific job on whipped cream — far excel-textured than a bracelets-mixer could move. I’ve inured to it to occasion cakes and cream-cheese dips, frostings and herb butters, and there just now doesn’t seem to be much this mixer can’t do to completeness. It’s not a prog processor, so don’t wish it to chop and dice or to cut butter into biscuit dough, but it fulfills its role totally. It’s gloomy-fealty and valid, and so serene to power-transport I haven’t bothered putting its components through the dishwasher. 100% guide.
