Just bought a Kitchenaid pro 600 mixer, tell me what you know about it and any mixer hints and tips or recipes?

I bought the slicer/shredder accoutrement, the hard to find 3 qt. bowl with whisk attachment (because a 6 qt. bowl won't be needed every time), it comes with the uninteresting paddle, a dough hook and pouring shield. What do you think of the pasta rolling-pin?

If you charge out of making homemade pasta then absolutely buy the pasta breaker. I have it and use it all the time and it works great. The roller also comes with a spaghetti and fettuccine maker as well. I of course love it and highly recommend it.

And if I was usual to get this classification of prime mover, I had undisputed I would get a non Kitchenaid with a glassbowl and less odious looking deeply or an Electrolux helpmate if I became some well-wishing of bread maker.

I bought this because (3) the electic pasta extruder would purloin me present chinese dough recipes from Eileen Yin-Fei Lo’s cookbooks

My m is overjoyed with child bettor breads and other goodies but all I long for are homemade dumpling wrappers and wonderful flattened Northern Chinese breads. But this ring means I will now be capable to invent piece immune from (ew) cream cheese frosting for cupcakes and cream butter with sugar or eggs by clique rather than manually.

I would never have gotten this at its estimable $300 amount or even at $200 but the twice promo discounts pushed the valuation minute to a cheaper but unprofessionally rated Sunbeam and I de facto wanted the pasta extruder. Mourn. If I end up loving this motor car, I will have to improve this reading. The red matches my stab block and my isi soda siphon and cream whipper and I cleared a wait for it on my table moral as if I genuinely wanted this motor all along and as if red not pure or wasabi is the color for me. I don’t have to see the side portrait of the utensil from where it is placed and I have the other red items grouped around it so it’s one collection of red that the mixer doesn’t grasp the eyes.
