I need a large mixer but have little budget. Suggestions needed.?

I am making bailiwick made soap using cooking mixer. Problem is, they aren't designed for large quantities. I dire to be making around 30 gallons (100 liters) at once. Difficulty is, I have small budget and won't be able to afford expensive force. Any

I'd start watching the worn restaurant equipment columns...you might run across 10-12 gallon mixers.

For larger mixers, the reach-me-down industrial equipment columns would be your best bet.

1 Cup raisins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Worn out together butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, pommel well. Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and pungency. Stir in oats and raisins, mix well.

Droplet by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie layer. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until favourable brown. Aloof 1 instant on cookie contour sheet, oust to wire rake.

Makes about 4 dozen.

BAR COOKIES

Bake 30 to 35 minutes in an ungreased 13×9x2-inch metal baking pan.
