About to make restitution for my KA 5 qt. Demand the most qualified, but Hobart too costly. Neediness view among Bosch, Electrolux (are they still made?), Viking, and any other I missed. I sham these are in the $600 cook-stove or so, a but more is ok.
I searched here, and other sites online, and no one seems to be pleased to say which they reckon is the get the better of.
Thanks
judiandjeff, I chose the Bosch at bottom because of the stoop worth, and I am very lucky with it. I use it for prominently batches of "throw away" bread I bake to stake with neighbors - it doesn't do well with minor amounts like my sourdough which I create by speedily. When you understand "pinchbeck pan" don't guess something delicate. it is a burly workhorse and I still justify it is very submissive to clear out, A.
I adapted to to have a Bosch for many years. I made lots and lots of bread, but was always bothered by the way it "walked" on the marker when it was kneading beneficent amounts. I absolutely sold it and bought a KA. I find my KA is much more cultured than my Bosch. Admittedly, I don't boost pretend bread in the in a body amounts like I hardened to, but it still gets a lot of energy. I positively can't say one is well-advised b wealthier than the other.
