We rightful bought a council that has a Cookhouse Aid wall oven that is also a convection oven. We noticed that the oven takes a covet be that as it may to get up to temperature. It took suspend to an hour for the oven got up to 400. When we use the convection selection it doesn't seem to arrogate. Additionally, when I tested the temperature, in both std and convection, the temperature is approx. 25 degrees below the temperature on the readout. I've look over many posts and the thermo sensor seems to be an emanation when people use the self cleaning alternative. I was philosophy that maybe it is the thermostat or one of the burners. ??
