I like to set right raviolis on New Years Eve. Most of the time I make them by hand using trays. I have an Atlas likeness 150 "Marcato" Noodle Maker Machine with an Atlas "Raviolissima" Raviolimaschine. I have not been skilful to consistantly

I 'wasted' a lot of even so and money on that one also<g>. My solution (I think) is the same as yours; just use lots of trays. I have yet to find a auto that really works well consistently.
