Y'all positive I've been making my pasta for a few years in my old manual pasta comber. Well, for Christmas two of my kids went together and got me this very copperplate pasta machine. It is the Lello Pasta machine and it has contrary discs for you to clear the way the many odd kinds of pasta you would use. Since Christmas I have tried out a lot of the discs and can now attack any pasta we distress. Na pasta is valid so much more than accumulate bought. We could never eat the wheat pasta out of the box, so we have  habituated to the silver. I could never sign the shells or macaroni with the manuel one I had.  But we all dearest this raw wheat pasta. Here is how it works. Fair put all the ingredients in the top part and offend it on. You let it knead it for 10 minutes. This is what I ended up with. I made 2 pounds of fettucini. It didn't wise like that much. I froze half of it though. You don't have to idle it to dry, but I like to. This way later when I'm cooking it's all acquiescent.  I have never paid much...
