How to get best results making raviolis using an Atlas "Raviolissima" Ravioli machine.?

I like to come to terms raviolis on New Years Eve. Most of the time I make them by hand using trays. I have an Atlas likeness 150 "Marcato" Noodle Maker Party with an Atlas "Raviolissima" Raviolimaschine. I have not been competent


I 'wasted' a lot of then and money on that one also<g>. My solution (I think) is the same as yours; just use lots of trays. I have yet to find a gadget that really works well consistently.
