How to get best results making raviolis using an Atlas "Raviolissima" Ravioli machine.?

I like to go raviolis on New Years Eve. Most of the time I make them by hand using trays. I have an Atlas paragon 150 "Marcato" Noodle Maker Machine with an Atlas "Raviolissima" Raviolimaschine. I have not been adept to consistantly

I 'wasted' a lot of things and money on that one also<g>. My solution (I think) is the same as yours; just use lots of trays. I have yet to find a machine that definitely works well consistently.
