Making pasta dough from scratch?
I'm looking for an acquiescent pasta recipe that tastes good. I plan on using it first for making raviolis, so i'll be rolling it flat most of the time. I don't own any seasoned pasta roller or anything, but I remember seeing people roll it by close.

1 pound all-purpose flour
2 extensive eggs
8 large egg yolks
1 teaspoon salt
