I was given a pasta express model x500 but no directions. can anyone help me?

artistic is the maker. I have all the attachments
tried calling the number on the machine but that did not calling, I do have all the attachments for it or so it appears
I have used several search engines to no avail, thanks for the connect

Is this a pasta maker (you can set right noodles with it) or a pasta cooker? More detail about what you have would help.

Addition: The website gives sweeping instructions on how to use a pasta maker, it should apply to all manual pasta
