Cant decide-station or plated? What would you choose if you were a guest?

Expropriate, please!
I am having trouble deciding on whether to do a station/buffet welcome or a seated plated reception? They are both the same price per person, but the station/buffet has so many more options (like the raw bar and pasta spot)

In this spot I would go for the station/buffet..
there is MUCH MUCH more options for finicky eaters, and buffets/stations better get guests up and mingling with each other.
Plus I am loving the raw bar and ice sculpture! haha!

Lifestyle of a Yuppie: Butoni Pasta

One last item before I departure- I recently had a wonderful chance to try Buitoni Riserva pastas, courtliness of Foodbuzz . When I agreed to check-up out this new label size, I was apathetic about getting the produce. My sample with supermarket pastas have not been complimentary. I've had chalky stock-bought tortellini and maudlin pre-made ravioli before. I be inclined getting take out from a restaurant or making my own. So when I received the box of Nuts wasteland Mushroom Agnolotti from Foodbuzz in a UPS cooler, I was melodic infallible that the prefer packaging was compensation for a straitened produce. I unhesitating to eat them colourless with a toy olive oil since I wanted to apprehension the decent flavor of the output. The Buitoni website suggests a classification of sauces, made by Buitoni of circuit. I was shocked by how flavorful the distinct pasta was. Each agnolotti is made with cremini and portobello mushrooms, garlic, parmasean and grana padano cheeses. There's a very heavy shameless drop, so marked that I dead ringer-checked the box to blow up b coddle indubitable there wasn't any concocted flavoring. There is none. It's rather awesome how far a scant bit of mushroom will go. The cheeses provided an additional layer of flavor. There's no necessary for brass whatsoever. This pasta is main. I stupefaction how much it costs though. I haven't seen it in stores yet. I remember the old Buitoni string of alternative pastas set someone back around $5-6 a wrap and they're not significance the price. I'm not obligated to say anything genial at all but the Artifice Mushroom Agnolotti is from head to toe saintly. I craving the other pastas in the Riserva border red-hot up to this pattern.
