I have a real movie theater popcorn maker, how do I make the popcorn taste just like the theaters?

My sisters and I have bought my dad a popcorn maker that was on traffic from 800 dollars to 200 dollars and we have been making extremely good popcorn... but the problem is, we want it to taste fair-minded like the movie theaters. Is there anyone on here
