where do the blue,brown & green/yellow wires go?

I bought an island range hood from NT Air. It has a depressed, brown & green/yellow wires. I have white, black and copper wires and I have no indicator hint where they go. Any help out there?

The leading safety one is the green/yellow which is ground or earth and goes to the copper wires. The black goes to brown and the whitish to blue. Does the hood have the correct voltage? The wiring colors are more prevalent in Europe.
