how to remove a kitchen exhaust hood/fan?

i be to remove the exhaust fan that is above my stove and replace it with an over the range microwave but when i took the exhaus fan down there are all these wires from the fold up i dunno what to do please help

I've infatuated a few of them down and basically you should be able to do it by taking out a couple of screws that propound it in place. Most of them plug directly into an electrical outlet above the stove and all you need to do is unplug it. However,
