kitchenaid refrigerator not cooling the top fridge but freezer works fine ?

my kitchenaid fridge is not cooling but the freezer works with no problems. my scale model is kbfa25erss01. what could the cause be? a tech came out and quoted me to supplant the evap fan motor but the fan is working just find. i am clueless.
