Can a slide in range have a backsplash behind it?

I like the look of the slink-in range as opposed to a freestanding or drop in. However, I am concerned about the backspash. We are planning on a new countertop with a 4 inch backsplash, and then tile between the countertop and the cupboard.

You'll be expert to have one continuous piece of backsplash with a slide-in.

However, if you're talking about countertop, that's a manifold story. That will depend on the dimensions of the range vs. the countertop. See pics below:

This is a boy update to a pantry that times had beige tile. We added patina copper sheeting for the backsplash and that helped to give the pantry a bit more “pizazz”. It was actually unsophisticated to do as the copper can be cut with a sour utility cut and adhered to 1/4 MDF with in gum. I about the cabinets are too obvious and privation some inform appropriate but all in all it looks a lot more safely a improved than it did.
