Convection range or regular?
I am buying a new range. I was wondering if I should pay $200 ~ $500 more for a convection range or thwart with the regular range? Does convection worth it that much money?
I definitely like the advantage of a convection range. It cooks things faster, seals in juices and doesn't stir your house up so much. On the plus side it is also energy efficient. In the long run, I would unequivocally go with convection. The only thing

I say “kitchenette” because there's no full-range oven or range top. Instead, there's a combination microwave/convection oven and a hot dish next to the sink, plus a range hood over the area to help rout heat. Another feature that makes this corner
