Any gas range brand recommendations ? I'm looking for a 48" dual oven semi pro gas range?

I'm looking at gas ranges, 48" models (dual oven & 6 burner + griddle) on top. We've been looking at dsc, wolf, viking, thermador, etc..

Familiar experience would be best.

I fully love my Jenn-Air range. I have interchangeable components that can be swapped out. Large I keep 3 burners and a 2 burner grill. But I also have a griddle component that can swap out with 2 other burners or the grill. It's by the skin of one's
