Is there a downdraft kitchen vent that fits behind a slide-in gas range?
I am upsetting to put in a new kitchen range in my kitchen island. To fit the space, it must be a 30" slide-in dummy (it has no backsplash/riser - just flush with the counter top.) Currently it is an stimulating jenn-air with built-in downdraft venting.
We have a downdraft let loose and it doesn't do a very good job of removing cooking odors etc. If we were to do it all over again, we would not wither the money. I think you should think about it a little before you act
