What pots and pans should we avoid with a new ceramic top stove, particulalry cast iron and long griddle pans?
We nothing but purchased an LG ceramic top stove/oven and have heard a great extent of conflicting advice on what sort of pots and pans to circumvent with electric stoves, partcularly the ceramic top types. The pans we would like to use are a big-hearted
I expect if you place your LeCrueset on the stove, rather than sliding and dragging it around, you will be fine. The power supply key is for your pans to have a flat bottom, and not be warped, to get even and adequate heating.
