Can a slide in range have a backsplash behind it?

I like the look of the slide-in range as opposed to a freestanding or leave out in. However, I am concerned about the backspash. We are planning on a new countertop with a 4 inch backsplash, and then tile between the countertop and the chest of drawers.

You'll be expert to have one continuous piece of backsplash with a slide-in.

However, if you're talking about countertop, that's a various story. That will depend on the dimensions of the range vs. the countertop. See pics below:

The search for of the myTouch Slide , a components QWERTY-blessed rendering of the HTC Black art (aka T-Flexible myTouch 3G) didn’t to the letter stoke our nervousness, but it seems T-Movable USA may be more energetic about the Android smartphone. According to BGR’s authority, the haulier is preparing to oust their lengthy-operation Sidekick range in favor of the Android-based myTouch Slide.

While there’s no confirmation from the porter themselves, and the tipster is said to be a new one and not yet corroborated, if true the hearsay could be a substantial win for the Android programme. Sidekick handsets have proved dominant with younger and less-tech-savvy customers broken some of the connectivity and functionality of a mainstream smartphone; it’s plausible that T-Motorized and HTC could have worked together on the myTouch Slide to force in some of that all set usability into the new crest.

According to too soon leaks, the T-Agile myTouch Slide is set to succeed in the US on May 17th.
